Sunday lunch with the family. Outside area very nice, service too. Food very monotonous. Hardly possible without meat, except for the eternal cheese spaetzle and mushrooms with dumplings. Nothing that makes me happy. A first approach to modern cuisine is perhaps the Lammsbräu on the menu.

Everything is wonderful!

We are here relatively often and the Gasthaus Hinterberg is one of my absolute favorites. 1. Excellent service, which always tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For us, for example. covered only outside, although it was late and the weather was not great. Also always very friendly! 2. The quality of the food is very good, you can tell that they cook with regional products. In some cases it is stated where the meat comes from and the syrup for certain spritzers which changes are made, according to the operator's own statement, what you can taste. 3. In a conversation we were able to find out that this is a family business which makes the whole thing even more likeable. In any case, you notice the good management and also that the guest's health is important to the guests. I think the hygiene concept is good, is also implemented, the welded-in flower on the table, elicits a smile and after paying, there was a "disinfectant to swallow" in the form of a hazelnut schnapps. There is also a large parking lot and the location is great! Price performance ratio absolutely coherent. Insider tip that is probably not that secret anymore: Ayurveda menu (before Covid-19 buffet) Highly recommended, great value for money.

We were here for dinner. Very friendly service. Nice ways to eat outside, idyllic. My asparagus was passable, a bit soft, the homemade hollandaise sauce had a wonderful, loose consistency, with a little salt, nutmeg and lemon it would have been perfect, so unfortunately a somewhat neutral taste. Another dish was excellent. There are delicious homemade fruit juices! Highly recommended!!! We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

We celebrated a family birthday here a beautiful round, remained open in which no culinary wishes. As part of the journey was longer, a number of guests also use the overnight accommodations. Everything perfectly clean, good beds and extremely attractive especially in the newly renovated rooms style.

Beautiful country inn with a pleasant atmosphere. Equipment & facilities such as parking lot, garden, guest rooms, toilet good. The food was unfortunately not as hoped: 3 x duck -> unfortunately relatively tasteless & meat tough! 1x deer -> good. Starter: trout mousse -> excellent! Sunday lunchtime: enough space, but apparently too little staff: friendly & courteous, but very long waiting time for food & bills -> 12 - ~ 15 h there for starters and main course, no dessert! Poor in the toilet: towels, e.g. made of paper, missing. To dry your hands, just use an obnoxious wheel and bacteria spinner to blow damp and therefore sensitive skin on your hands with contaminated air (toilet paper must be used).

Food is good, staff is friendly. But the location is awesome. The view (if anyone cares about it) the madness. Highly recommended for weddings and birthday parties.

Great staff and very good food/kitchen. To be honest, I was surprised how good it was even though I had been told before. View from here, over the hills and fields and forest patches, is beautiful. Full recommendation

Quaint inn near Dorfen. Beautiful and ample space for every occasion and a spacious and cozy wine cellar is available. Mood is guaranteed. The selection of food goes strong in the urtypische German, hearty direction. Food and drinks leave nothing to be desired, both in terms of price and quality. Good address with a big factor to the return.
